I feel the care from the doctor was given professional and he explains things thoroughly and helpfully, but I do feel that Locum doctors should be used less as they don't know your history.

The doctor listened to me while telling him my symptoms and gave me a good diagnosis.

My usual surgery is at Scawby but that was fully booked for doctors appointment so referred to Bentley for same day appointment.
Very good service as always.

I feel this surgery always strives to accommodate it's patients.
Today even though I placed a late call my daughter gained an appointment.
